The singer was good, but I’m amazed at how Reggie can immediately master songs he’s never heard before.. he plays that guitar like he wrote every song. He has INCREDIBLE musical talent.
I was coming here to say the same thing. Come on. Imagine how it must feel - you're on vacation and you're releasing an album and then this random smiling dude in a park, just plays your song after a couple of minutes and doing percussion to it. I would simply love to just sit down with Reggie and listen to him play and sing along out of key. :D
its nothing impressive if u have heard enough of music and u did play "enough" ;p after some time its just like a muscle memory, nothing fancy tbh i know it by myself after 7 years of playing on guitar

A humble musician, Reggie always steps back and lets his singers shine. In this instance he managed to accomplish that while also showing off his guitar chops. He nailed the vibe and presence of a song he never heard until a minute before he played it, keeping up with the song's own author. Good stuff!

I love this guy. He just brings confidence out of people. They are always excited. It just shows it’s worth taking a chance and not being afraid to be in the spotlight. You’ll never regret taking a chance but you might regret walking away
Exactly what makes it so great and unique. He is endlessly charismatic but he chooses to let other people shine. The fact that he's made a career out of that is incredible. The guy could pivot to doing his own thing and take the easy route. He has a devout fanbase at this point. But he continues to always give the spotlight to others and that speaks more to a persons character than anything I can think of.
I don't know who this Reggie dude is but watching him is like seeing a seasoned veteran. Learning someone else's song in seconds, coordinating and performing it with flourish, and soul, adding improvised percussion to get a near publishable performance in one take, with a stranger... Off the cuff? Insane talent. He's like a one man studio.

My absolute favorite part about what you do is, that when people are passing by in a rush & actually stop to sing with you, immediately you can see that they shift from rushing around mode, into a state of pure presence & enjoyment. I think you've nailed a big part of why so many people enjoy these videos, and how almost all of these people are more comfortable or happier after singing. As an alcoholic, I understand the struggles this song lyrics speak about. I a crying. My heart sings out to all the people with addictions and I hope they can access help. I am going back into detox and rehab for alcohol abuse. I got 50 days sober. I want to go 1+ years sober in a rehab. After 26 years of alcohol addiction, it is a struggle. Same with drugs. Sadly alcohol is easily accessed. Drugs are also easy to access also if you have your supply dealers. Please support your friends or family members if they have issues. Don't cut them off and state things like "You can just quit, get will power, your a shame" etc. the mind is obsessed with the intake. It is not an easy road to recovery. Never cut us addicts off. But don't give us money to support our addiction(s). seek Professional help.

A humble musician, Reggie always steps back and lets his singers shine. In this instance he managed to accomplish that while also showing off his guitar chops. Exactly what makes it so great and unique. He is endlessly charismatic but he chooses to let other people shine. The fact that he's made a career out of that is incredible. The guy could pivot to doing his own thing and take the easy route. He has a devout fanbase at this point. But he continues to always give the spotlight to others and that speaks more to a persons character than anything I can think of.

I think you've nailed a big part of why so many people enjoy these videos, and how almost all of these people are more comfortable or happier after singing. I am going back into detox and rehab for alcohol abuse. I got 50 days sober. I want to go 1+ years sober in a rehab. After 26 years of alcohol addiction, it is a struggle. Same with drugs. Don't cut them off and state things like "You can just quit, get will power, your a shame" etc. the mind is obsessed with the intake. It is not an easy road to recovery. Never cut us addicts off.
