Fish Curry
Marinated the fish with salt, turmeric powder, and chicken powder and let it sit overnight.
*Ingredients:*
- Red onions
- Ginger
- Black pepper
- Dried chili
- Chili powder
- Masala
- Tamarind
*Instructions:*
Thinly slice the red onions.
Mix and grind the ginger, black pepper, dried chili, and green chili powder together.
Soak the tamarind in water.
Add the masala and fish sauce just before cooking the fish and mix well.
First, add the sliced red onions to the hot oil in a pot.
When they soften, add the ground mixture and fry.
Then, add the fish and let it cook for a while.
When the oil rises, add a little water. When the first batch of water dries up, add more water. After adding water twice and it dries up, add the soaked tamarind water. When it starts to boil, check the taste for balance of saltiness and spiciness.
Now, you will have a deliciously fragrant and spicy sour fish curry.
