A first fail for 2023... and the last one as I made this in the New Year's eve. I was really hoping that this simple CW Keyer would work, but I had some doubts. Who knows... maybe with your help I may get it to work at the end. For now... Happy New Year, chip. Minimum is 2 555s or one 556 then use a 3rd for overall speed. Trigger function is very useful here. The data sheets provide everything you need. Although we can achieve the same results with a controller chip these days of course for half the price. 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Happy New Year, you need to invert the output, you can do this by changing the state of the relay, o with an inverter before the relay

I am back )). So I tested inverting the output of the relay... and as I was suspecting... that does creates dots and dashes... but reversed. So that means the transmitter is in a constant transmit mode... and the dots and dashes are actually the pause between transmitting. Exactly the opposite of what we need it to do )). Let's see... I just discovered another schematic... even more simple with only one transistor. I will test that one too.
