Nice way of building here. You kept all in one sizebar as far I could see. Good, although most of us like to build. You realy can't. Yeah, there are several ways to extend your sizebar, depending what kind of console you play. PS4 is what I play. So no mods. I had almost ended the game. Last mission Battle of Bunkerhill. Actually I was training my new companion wich is hidden inside the Institute. So far I had all basic game companions and their perk100%. Well I had a lot more only to find out my game became unplayable. All glitchy screens, errors and even badsaves. Reason. I've been building way to big. And I had plans for extend all settlements even bigger.
Herman Bogaers its actually probably more like two or three size bars to be honest. But yeah I'm trying to be conservative with my builds because the same thing happened to me.
Snolana Yeah you can extend some settlements a few times. Just throw all junk on the floor and clean it with workbench. I've started over, but this is quit a hard game, specialy for precisian whana have it all's like me. Had to start over again cause I couldn't get those lvl 4 merchants. Know how to get those but there are some difficult requirements. One of them,, don't do Silvershroud first if that what it was. Gonna find out. Need 30 settlers and a bit higher level right nowe. Level 2. Playing ofline deleted the old game and saves. So i can use Dogmeat for a while.
tiger tank 2000 they're just the alternative to having settlements for the minutemen and is more for an evil playthrough. They're are a few other differences as to how they work.

Cricreone cheers. I tried to make this one a bit ridiculous with the decorations given it's an outpost for the Pack.
You could use the Beast Master mod to tame some rad scorpions and monsters to wander around your settlement. You can also use them as companions
Can of Pringles they turn hostile after a while
Dont put your weapon away. I have intimidation perk on as soon as i holster the weapon they attack.
