Brilliant!! Did this last year with my best mate, me and my MUX and him in his ranger. At that Tata he I had stock only tyres that were near the end of their life. We were very fortunate it wasn’t wet and slippery as some of those tracks were super steep!!
Do you think stock tyres with tread would be ok on a dry day around here? Wanting to visit the beach but I only have stockies

Tip for the moisture under your mattress: try putting 2 layers of shade cloth between the mattress and floor of the RTT. This solved the issue for me.

Little Bald Hill used to be the best challenge in the park when it was all rutted out, but then they graded it smooth about 4 years ago. It was the ultimate test for the Subaru Club, quite entertaining watching them try it, but now they don't bother any more as it's smooth and easy.

Beautiful spot , you always seam to find water 👍🏿. Last time I was there dry as a bone you could walk along river bed for 200m and not find water . Although as of this weekend I’m pretty sure there’s water everywhere. Another nice video mate

We used to stay in a shearers house years ago near the Abercrombie river we did alot of hunting rabbits cats foxes pigs etc. One early morning i was walking through scrub and i disturbed something that ran off it was large and used 4 legs to run and was very dark in colour and very fast 40 years on i still dont know what it was believe or not its up to you. Have fun out there.

None in most parks, as long as you stay within certain height limits and stuff.
Hey mate where do you get those paper maps from ?
Gets bloody hot in there, we camped just to the right of where the track comes down onto the beach a few years ago. It was 36 on the Saturday and 40 the next day. The rangers actually came and kicked us out on the second day and they closed the park because of the fire danger.
Wasn't a bad spot, don't know if I would rush back there though, I prefer Bendethera.
I haven't actually been to Bendethera yet but its on the list of places to check out!
@@TylerThompson90 its not too hard to get to, justabeutiful spot to go and spend a weekend sitting in the river in summer. We have also done winter camps there with BIG fires to keep us warm.

Before your camp on the creek bed where you mention triggering people with your hair the track said not suitable for trailers - do you remember if that was the typical over cautiousness of National Parks or genuinely not good to tow a camper on?
a little bit on the overcautious side, its pretty steep but reasonable well maintained. one issue may be that the track can get very narrow at times
What if you are in an area that has no creeks, water holes etc. Given you run up and down tracks, a shower is kinda essential for you yeah lol.
