funny enough I stumbled upon this channel, I'm also planning to retire by 30. On paper I have already achieved my target FIRE number BUT it's through one source only, so my plan over the next 4 years is to diversify my income sources abit then retire.

I'm back again with an exciting news : i didn't realize that the total of my savings on transport-food-accomodation based on a minimalist life accumulated over the past 5 years was going to be greater than the loan remaining to be reimbursed for my apartment during mi september , you can guess the rest : end of reimbursement at that moment and possibility of investing in real estate and on a stock market , so 3 months money earn back before december and my 40th birthday , i hope to achieve a good deal and will you inform you of them as soon as possible that will be implemented 😉
