This is fun if you play against a passive opponent. At least in my experience around 2.9k mmr I'm getting thor dropped, widow mine dropped, double adept into double oracle, like...i know I"m trash so its on me but I just cannot seem to fight off any early pressure / harass. Sometimes these things come in before I've even had time to get out 3 stalkers. Idk, i'll keep practicing but I'm getting ravaged with early committed pressure. Even when I scout I don't even know what I'm looking at.
haha same as me, 😁 👍 just keep playing. Just found protoss was much easier for me than Zerg (less action/minute). Set a goal to not Winn, just to counter the early harass maybe 🤔
I lost to a couple random cheeses/all-ins while doing this build at first but just re-ordering some of the pieces of the build or repositioning units early on and scouting has solved that problem for me.
same as me. i think pig vastly underestimates how committed to early aggression lower level players are
Yep, I think Pig plays on NA server where terran play with early expand. On EU, when u face russian and ukrainian players, u will never see terran fast expand, always one base 3 racks, or early marine tank banshee push, or widow mine drops, ...
once again, the man PiG shows me how to play better :)

Terran player coming late to learn toss. This makes me miss waterfall. What a fun map
How would you react to 12 pool? I have a problem vs zergs that open fast pool ling pressure, but they macro behind it. I find it hard to know if it's all in, if i need to reduce probing, or if I need to continue probing as they're just making 6-8 lings while going mass drone.
Choke on top ramp, z then s then like 2 z
U might lose 1.or 2 probe on expo but whatever
I like to look standard have a couple s to look for ovies
But I get gas for charge couple stalker warp
Then pull them to minerals
Get like 6 or 8 gate qnd go qnd keep.warping, dont get supply block hehe
I've had everything tried on me
A few come close
But I'm 11 and 0 vs zerg
Don't 3 base
2 base only way to keep warping qnd.pyloning
3rd base he might get muta up, so if you do go 3rd get some gas same time
Main 2 prebuit assems
Chargelot rush for life
I.mean use pigs.build, basically
Have the 6 stalkers vs t.and.p
Maybe like 2 or 3 if.not 6 vs.z
If they are choked etc the stalker help break
Also try to hide your charge tech
They might think proxy Stargate or.robo ;)
I've had a lot of success in Plat with version of this where I just kept making voids out of one stargate while going up to mass chargelots. Same gateway count. Perhaps I need to try your version. Usually avoid oracles and phoenixes because I suck with the damn things, but they sure look like good tools to have. Might as well force myself to learn them.
If you suck at Oracles and Phoenixes, then keep using Oracles and Phoenixes! If you suck at something in SC2, keep doing it until you get better at it.
@1:18:25 How did PiG know it was a spire so fast? the hp bar?
the spire is generally a small building, so its distinguishable from other tech buildings
do you have any tips on how to deal with mass muta because my friend masses them a lot and when I try to make phoenix to counter all he does is make a few corrupters and I do like no damage to them and he just runs around and snipes all my workers.
Get more Stargates and really focus all your resources on massing them. Add a fleet beacon for phoenix range and also get +1 air weapons. If you get enough numbers you can stack your phoenix on top of each other and micro backwards gunning down the corruptors and mutas pretty darn fast. Alternately just swap to archon zealot and go aggressive. Especially if they go a lot of corruptors they'll be useless as they can't attack ground.

What do I do when they block off their main with a barracks and 2 supply depots and as soon as your zealots attack, they send 4-5 of their SCV's in to repair. I have had ZERO success with zealots against this and I'd say 95% of the games I play against Terran use this strategy. I can regularly win against Zerg and Protoss using most of what I've learned from you (THANK YOU FOR THE CONTENT!!!), but I am failing miserably against Terran. I'm a 2400MMR Protoss player btw
A crazy numba of Barracks ? Today I defeated a guy who was running on like 8 of those :)
it's not just the fact you're a good player but how very calm and collected you are, i think one of the biggest aspects is to actually trial and error, and just sadistically throw yourself to the wolves. If you're not numb to the game you get all panicked and make wrong moves.
Chargelot rush Is the only strat I have vs zerg

My best time was vs another toss
He scouted my proxy warp and I immediately ran in the time was 4:20 ;)
Crazy effort to break wall while eating immo shots etc..
but its a 2base chargelot not 3 base
at least the first 2 games
yep, I don't think anyone plat or below has a high chance of success doing the 3-base version, so the 2 base version is a much easier to learn version
