As an Indian, I don't think our Government or the people ever want to attack Pakistan first. We can defend ourselves but we don't sit around planning attacks on Pakistan because we are developing or whatever. This misconception or political game really needs to go away.

If Modi mentions Pakistan in any speech and context, Indian media (including wheeler dealers) and their political ecosystem (Digvijay, Shashi, kommeez etc) are like "Modi is fear mongering, war mongering.
