Man I love Small Faces. Always did. Especially like Steve Marriott's soulful voice and guitar playing. Like Ronnie Lane a lot as well. Great band they were. 😎👍
I also, since the beginnig, wen I was a yound teeny in Germany. That was ouer best time. School and no work. Freedoom never come back. My english is not perfekt, sorry. But it is along time ago, I studied it at school.❤
A piece n place of our youth n some kinda sanity as we saw things from the backseat of a Buick station wagon or on the seat of a stingray bike ,transitor radio am radio beautiful 1280 Kjoy Stockton California ,only if we could go back mmmm
I've always liked this song. In fact, it's probably my favorite tune from the 1960s. It's in my DNA now. Great record with the phase shifting, trying to emulate being high, perhaps! This is a great set of songs - their Immediate years.
my beautiful daughter turned me on again just before it was too late. she was so good in her selection. we had lots of laughter together listening and dancing about. these guys and kinks. good bless you darling Rosie ..
The use of gibberish 1950’s chorus lines like “shoop shoop doo waddy waddy shang-a-lang” in a 1967 song is so funny. Marriot had a great sense of humour.
Best album? Admittedly it is great. But OGDEN'S NOG GONE FLAKE remains their classic. And including a few singles reminds us of the tricks other record companies played upon us when they introduced BEATLES ans STONES on the american market. Absolute disgrace what has been done to the Amercican versions of REVOLVER and RUBBER SOUL. Although this trick is more WITH THE BEATLES transformed to MEET THE BEATLES if you get my point...
Little Big Marriot. Number One Frontman of all times.

Steve Marriott. What can you say. One of the greatest voices in rock n roll ever. Must have been all that black coffee
There can be no overstatement about Steve Marriott, the Small Faces or Humble Pie.
nor Ronnie , Ian (Rest in Peace Gentlemen) or Kenney 4 little guys that rocked a generation !
and Ronnie Lane.
Best Time of Rock`n Roll

Have a good live, the both of you, peace Ruud from the Netherlands 🎉😊, 1958 my birthyear.
Your daughter turned you on? Pretty sick, dude.
I am also a great Kinks fan. For a girl in Germany it was not normaly. Girls love Beatles, not Kinks, Stones and so on.❤
Tin Soldier is a real rock gem!
Beautifully brilliantly made music. Thank you. They didn’t blow my mind they non drugged my brain to a new beautiful place. Thank you.
Their best album
Best band period
The Soldier of Rock.RIP
Steve Marriott ❤
A magnificent LP!!!
I'll meet you at Itchykoo Park later this afternoon; and we'll get so effing high!
"Over the bridge of sighs, I rest my eyes ub shades of green" ..... what an opening line, fantastic.
'It's all too beau-ti-ful....'
Makes me think of Cambridge University.
Steve!! Steve Marriott got it going on!!

Don't forget what an integral part of this band Ronnie Lane was. Check out his 4 solo albums.
And Kenney Jones was a great drummer.
Let's the Good Times Roll !
Every time❤
The Faces are my second best band from the 60es after the -rolling-stones from Britain
Can't argue with that, although the Beatles ought to get a mention!
❤
La mejor epoca con el increible steve marriot
Nailed it
Saudações do Brasil 🇧🇷
The best band tragic steve marriot was a genuis 😊
please don't forget Ian and Ronnie both have past into Rock and Roll Heaven forever in our hearts and EARS
and tragic Ronnie Lane😢
When they left Decca for Oldham's Immediate they were given total control of their own material to write and perform.
Itchycoo Park is still one of my favorite songs!
@@rayconnor You have excellent taste! Lazy Sunday is up there, too, of course.

Sadly, there is but one Small Face.
😥
Better than the Beatles, and the Beatles were brilliant.
this album was every bit as good as revolver.
Dino!!! Something, you know nothing about 👍👍👍👍
Ever noticed that the beginning of tin soldier sounds like the beginning of instant karma by John Lennon. 😮
