जीसे काम-धंधा नही मेहनत का काम नही ऊसे भूख नही लगती, किसान दस घंटे खेती मे काम करके थकते है तो भर पेट भोजन करके सो जाता है फीर भी लंबी आयु जीते हैं ।

Main ek hi time khana khati hon, evening 5.30-6 baje. This video is correct, actually roti sabji pachne main time lagta hai 12-13 hours isliye har insan ko ek time hi khana khana chahiye. Day time main aap fruit,dry fruit ya daliya kha sakte hai ya phir bolied moong,chana,peanut. I follow this rule
