A beer opener and a large empty soup can. We would make can type stoves in Boy Scouts for back packing. I made a little bag for it out of an old pair of jeans. And stored dry kindling inside of the stove.
I've had mine with all over 300 burns. Love it! You really don't need this cross bars unless you're using very small pot. Wood goes in much easier without it.
I may be overlooking the link but I don't see the link to buy the stove. I followed the link to your books and ordered the ones I don't have yet and the notebook. So all is not lost. I can't wait to read the rest of the books. ☺
Glad you got the books! I didn't put a link for the camp stove. Just look up SKYEMAC camp stove on Amazon. There are two sizes, and the one I showed is the larger one.
Howdy Steve, i recently threw my hat in the ring and tried a few gear reviews, i was wondering what "youtube category" are people putting gear reviews in?

I really enjoy all of your videos. Thank you
Thank you.
Thanks Steve, more affordable and smaller footprint than what I was looking for. Appears that this will be a great little outdoor cooker
Looks good so far, Lee.👍🏻

I was thinking of buying this! So glad to see you review it, because i trust your opinion more than i do a random person’s.

Those happy little sticks made a good fire. The stove seems pretty sturdy, gets the job done.
I also use popsicle sticks. I rub some vaseline on em for extra flamable kindling. Theyre great!

Nice little gadget.
Thanks Steve!

Sorry, FF, I never think about categories - I just put the up on the channel. Good luck with yours.
I don't think that is big enough to burn the massive piles of useless cash that people are going to send you!
Hopefully not. I guess I'll have to buy stuff with it or invest it!
