Big house but no swimming pool , no balcony ? Even though it is the best part of a luxury house...but still i like it much
One of my favorite homes and builders as well. The beautiful thing about High Park Hill is that it will have a neighborhood pool and neighborhood amenities for you to use, and the land is big enough that if you wanted your own private pool, you have the ability to build it
This is a model home just to give the buyer ideas of what this builder os capable of doing for them but you can definitely add a pool to your new build the ideas are endless

@@johnbourgeoisgroup We lived in the Quad Cities area on the Mississippi at the time, then we relocated to York, Pennsylvania in 2010. When my husband retired, we moved to Northern Arizona. I’m from Little Rock, Arkansas, so I do miss all the lush green in the summertime, and of course, I definitely miss the South! I’m really glad y’all do these videos.

I have watched several of your videos now...some candid comments. Way too long...need to be 15min or less. You walk slow like your in a wedding procession , too liberate too slow. Less of you in begining would be great. You are selling the house not you. On each room you need a graphic on what the room is designed to be and SQ.Ft. Information is important. Speak to highlites and features that would sell the home...i.e. monthly fees , in ground sprinkler, etc etc. Heating,Cooling dock features. etc. With over 50yrs in marketing, and a degree in design, your videos are truly painful as they are,
