Chicken Adobo | Easy Chicken Drumstick Adobo | Adobong Manok

Here's how to make my version of Chicken Adobo, the quintessential Filipino
Ingredients you'll need are:
1kg Chicken Drumstick
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup white vinegar
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp whole peppercorn
7 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 medium sized onion (diced)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp brown sugar
