During lockdown i facing many problems 😅 so, right now not able to go further. It was my College project experiment so, i'm not sure after adding flywheel it will definitely work. I am also son of farmer.
So, my suggestion to you that, to buy reaper machine if you able.sorry for right now.
Why not show the field demo.if not it is failure,
because of it is just prototype. it in not work properly. But in future I'll modified it and make it useful working project. So, thanks for watching and stay connected by subscribing for future model.

These all objects can be purchased from market but can you please tell me from where or how you get these gyres ( accourding to your design ) .
These gear i took from hand drill and manual blower. And tyres from cycle shop.

Bro can you plzz explain how to apply the flywheel in this project for efficient working.
With use of free wheel you can connect flywheel at end of final output rotating motion but before blade.

I used Just simple gear train. And sliding blade same as used in hair trimmer.

It's simple spur and bevel gear train you ca make your own arrangements. But main thing is you should use speed increasesing gear train

You can observe Prototype and rough design in video. That is Design for machine. You can make machine by following that design. You can choose any preferable specification for that.
But remember that i use Speed increasing gear train so, select dimension as per speed increasing ratio.

@@skishores1987 yes i have tested .. it cuts the grass properly but sometimes it during cutting of hard grass stick.

First small driver gear connected with the tyre shaft. After that small driver gear mesh with Big driven gear.
After one small Bevel gear connected with Big driven gear with common shaft .
After that Big Bevel gear connected to small Bevel gear.
I used manual hand drills Bevel gear.
By using bevel gear Power transmission will transfer at perpendicular to tyre shaft.
At the and one cranke is connected to Big bevel gear.
This cranke slides blades.
Whole gear train is speed increasing gear train.

Bhai ye collage project hai is liye is se chara nahi kat ta tha. Chara kaat ne ke liye proper blade or flywheel lagake chara kaate aisaa machine bana sakte hai
