It's not a safe helpful place to work. The boss has to sneak in his daughter to get the truth. A CEO has a firm grasp on his managers and needs to form his opinion without lying to the people he claims to be helping. Trust me, people will be suspicious and looking over their shoulder. Never involve subordinates when you need to fact find and discipline your management.

Do not believe that CEO's daughter's word would be enough to get the evil manager arrested. Fired, ABSOLUTELY! For an arrest and porecution there would have to be a recording of the conversation and/or the creep would have to have stupid enough to put his sexual propositions in writting and those would be evidence assuming he signed them.
