"You can do it". I sincerely hope so. I have been trying this with a foam ball away from the court for three years using video analysis. It is NOT easy (for me). Very good instruction. Thank you.

One of the best overall instructions on serve overall, not just the racket drop aspect of it. Love it.

Sir: Great information and instruction. Most importantly, however, I remain concerned for your continued safety and security. It's almost unimaginable that you can do this in the Ukraine at the present time. I'm from the USA and behind your country's valiant efforts. God Bless!

Your instructional videos are amazing. Thank you! for going straight to the point and demonstrating different angles for clarity. The racket drop really makes a huge difference.

I’ve been trying to get a good racquet drop for years and I have tried many different techniques and advice on achieving it all with no success. After watching videos of myself my racquet drop gets only to my shoulders. Hopefully practicing shadow swings with 2 racquets and serving into the side fence with little tension fixes the problem . I have stood in front of a mirror and done countless slow motion serves with a correct racquet drop; however, as soon as I go to practice on a court and toss the ball my serve reverts back to it’s old ways . Muscle memory is going to be a huge issue because I’ve been doing it wrong for years. It’s so frustrating that I can’t achieve my goal that I often feel like throwing in the towel and giving up. Hopefully after watching your video something will click in and remedy the problem.

Don’t believe in muscle memory! Shadow swing and racket will drop.

If you make shadow serves in front of the mirror with a good racket drop, don't rush to serve into the court. Try serving with a fake toss. Toss the ball but don't hit it when the racket passes the ball. When you achieve a good racket drop with a fake toss, start hitting the ball, but again, not into the court-hit it into the fence. Be patient and persistent. You can do it

@@thegameoftennis9660 This 100%. After shadow swings and you include the ball, toss the ball but don't even try to hit. Just do your motion. If you realize you swing too early, then delay the raise your hitting arm a little. Lots of practice.

Thank you for the video! I've been working on this issue for a while now. I am able to have a good rakcet drop as long as I don't use my legs. But my rakcet drop gets shallow when I start involving leg drive and jump...how can I solve this problem?
