Spectacular Kiravani. The raga alapana and kriti unfortunately is missing. This swarm rendition is by far the most spectacular rendition. MSG PR and GHS is sheer bliss.

Mridangam Vidwan doesn’t seem to be Sri Palghat Raghu; definitely Karaikudi Mani. Haven’t heard much of Sri Voleti's music but guessing this is from the late 70s or 80s. Besides, Harishankar would’ve only been 4 in 1962.

@@gkiyer1 sir, the photo maybe incorrect sometime. However, in this case - frm the vAsippu it does indeed sound like srI PR sir. That inimitable thoppi sound give him away. Great respects to srI KRM and other mahA vidvAns. But the sowkyam and attraction of raghu sir's thoppi and gumki is just beyond words 🙏
