Cosmic Tavern I figured it out after playing 2-3 times. It's a game with a lot of simple rules, so though it might not be hard to understand, there's a lot to keep track of. Fortunately the creators of the game figured this would be the case so they have lots of references to the rules all throughout the game to help. The best way to learn in my opinion is to play.
