Personally...I would rather watch Mark Hamill do an impersonation of Harrison Ford than listen to Harrison Ford. He is soooooo boring. Whenever I see that Harrison Ford is a guest on ANY late night show, I turn the channel quickly! You can tell right from the start that he would rather be somewhere else...or doing anything else. If a producer is wanting the movie to sell more tickets, please get a different actor to promote it, because Ford is a big turn off.
Mark Hamill is such an articulate & all around good guy, that he is interesting to listen to. Especially when he is telling stories about the early days of Star Wars actors; Ford and Fisher!

Interviews are just questions and answers, it's sometimes hard to make a 5 to 10 minute interview as entertaining as possible. Graham Norton is good at this as he gets all his guests out and throws a question out but doesn't interrupt and let's his guests conversate with each other. The American chatshows are not as good with this.

Bob Hope is no surprise to me. When my mother was a little girl in the 70s, she loved Bob Hope. One time, he came to our town (to our mall, if I remember correctly) to do some sort of meet and greet, but for whatever reason mom couldn’t go. "You best put some verbs in your answers pretty soon! I'm a mandated reporter and I will be filing a report after the show if things don't change real fast!" Uhh, sorry Dr. Phil, you don't even have a license anymore (as Chris mentions above) and even if you did, there are specific standards you have to fulfill, namely, working with a family/child for far longer than an hour on TV. I believe the minimum is a month of intensive interaction and that seems to be the universal accepted practice in the US.
"I don't ask them why they act this way, I ask, why not!" If I hear him say that one more time, I'm going to put a bullet thru my TV!
Actually, I can handle Dr Phil....in small doses. The biggest problem is, he claims to be a Bible Christian, yet he supports things that are clearly defiant of God's Word. Don't say you are a Christian and then have "psychics" on your show reading people in the audience. Not that I believe any of it, but the Bible is crystal clear on that subject among others he walks the line with and TD Jakes should be ashamed of himself for coming on and promoting such blasphemy. Of course, I don't know how devoted Jakes is to God.

Idk how you’d think that? They were asked who the worst guest was. Most gave reasons for why it was awful. The drunk dude on Conan was out of touch and awful for new host. Hugh grant threw a fit. The cavet guests were totally immature. Most all point to behavior. Not for something they couldn’t help. Leno was only one that just said he was bored but also didn’t say that was worst guest. He just gave build up to awkward encounter

His Britney Spears monologue was sincere and full of class after she shaved her head, can't say the same for his counterparts

It's true about Robert DiNero....he is a non event...In an interview, the camera will be on him but unless he has a scrip, he has absolutely nothing to say! Thank goodness he's a great Actor!

B Barnett an overrated actor who always plays the same role. Like a male Julia Roberts ...probably not their fault, it is called type casting, I think !

LMAO! Harrison didn’t seem happy about the film he as promoting! That’s his iconic interview logic! He never seems happy! He’s funny, but he’s such a hermit. He doesn’t do this a lot! Still love him though!

Hmmm... Jay Leno clearly thought that Trista Sutton was beneath him from the begining of the interview so its sounds like he was a bad interviewer .

    Conan: best guest, Norm MacDonald
Andy Richter: worst guest, Norm MacDonald

Norm is one of the most polarising comedians in existence. It doesn't surprise me in the least that Conan and Andy would be split on him.

Graham Norton had it easy. With all those other great people on the couch, he wasn’t dependent on Robert Dinero to make a great, funny show.

+1 for hugh grant owning up. as far as larry king, he DID ask seinfeld, who was at the TOP of his game, a STOOPID fukking question.
