400 1.86.. i changed it alot, but in these area i feel very comfortable. But i found in my gameplay the problem is not my aim/sensitivity but the problem is the movement. This last one is very important. Sens is just your comfort zone and muscle memory. Good explain and keep it up. Just wanna share some experience with you and others.
i think i watched the original guide YEARS ago. It was on GO on this exact spot. He either updated it or someone else did the exact same guide. I think this is a way more accurate way of doing it than "doing a 180 comfortably" which just doesn't sound accurate
One thing that worked for me was increasing my sense just a tad beyond controllable and comfortable. It sounds counter intuitive but I found myself thinking about my aiming a lot less. It's very weird and counter intuitive but I am more consistent now although my peak aim is worse than before but overall better
I was following most of your explanation without a problem but the moment you started explaining what to do after the first comparison (beginning at 4:51) I got completely lost. Could someone please clarify which of the new numbers I'm supposed to be multiplying and/or dividing before I continue comparisons?
It should be said to try and do this after a few days or even a week break, doing this allows you to reset muscle memory you have for your current sensitivity and allows for your "natural" sensitivity to return. Otherwise results may be skewed closer to your recent sens and not necessarily one that your arm feels most naturally comfortable without warmup
Great video, but I personally disagree with the 360 part. Theoretically, the maximum turn you will need to do in order to re-target your crosshair is 180 degrees.
800 dpi 0.43 sens here : )( After 6 months of playing with this sens i feel like i finally found my proper mouse control but its also very tiring and hard to be consistent with that low sens : D
@@cr3amy479 Table height, arm placement and posture are more important than sens, an adjustable table is a insanely good investment if you dont have one
U most certainly can use high sense I been playing CS since 1.2 yes I'm old. And when I was in highschool I ran very high sense in all my games and was quite good with it. But now that the old age has hit me I've definitely slowed it down some 😂 great vids man just found your channel keep up the videos
Glaze, love the video, very informative! I have a friend who wants to start playing csgo and he wants me to teach him, any tips for beginners that I can give him? (possible video idea?) Thank you for your time.
For a complete beginner not only to cs but in fps in general then you should go through settings and getting a crosshair, seeing up things like their prefered resolution and sensitivity is a great way to start off.
@@Glazecoaching asked from the guy with way too high sens. when i see lower rank players, many times one of the problems is they have such a high sens that they just cant get even the easiest kills.
Kind of a bad range for sens. One of the most popular senses right after 2.0 400 dpi is 3.09 400dpi, an insanely high percentage of pros just use s1mples settings. I'd say a better range would be from 1.37-3.09 or from NiKo/blamef sens too s1mple/degster sens.

I was referencing to a guide from an old pro, there are probably multiple videos about it because it’s very statistically correct for finding sensitivity
@@amz_cs that’s still insanely high but not as bad atleast lol, s1mple uses higher sensitivity than 99% of pros and plays 400 dpi 3.09 in game, basically half ur sensitivity and he’s on the high side, if I were u I would definitely lower it, if ur very successful with that sens tho don’t listen to me
@@MazevGmine also on heigher and higher than simple and probably the reason I have a very small mousepad. Because otherwise flicking is a big problem for me. So I go for like 800 1.7 1.8

so uhm, my sens is 8 with 1200 dpi and haven't changed it in a while. I'm actually okay with this sens its just that tracking is difficult for me.
You can always just try and see if this works for you, if not just back to the one your comfortable with mate

its weird that a lot of pros copy s1mple's sens because he's a wrist aimer so he needs very high sens whereas most pros are arm aimers.
Sadly my mouse pad is really small so I pretty much got forced to play 1200 dpi and 1.22 in game

400 dpi / 0.795 sens = interdimensional aim
