    Obviously there are many officers that need to see this side of the law and the options available to resolve issues and I think the officers who have committed crimes against the public should have to go through restorative justice as well. lets keep people human on both sides of the law.

    What happens with violent or repeat offenders? I can't see RJ being effective in those cases.
