Absolutely agree. One more slot should be given to Pacific, Americas and EMEA. China is currently an EDG & FPX & friend region.
Don't give them spots and they'll never have a chance to improve. What do you want? Only two spots for China so Edg and FPX continue to dominate and nothing changes? FPX got destroyed in Madrid, look at them now. It took EDG 3 internationals to get their first win, FPX took 4 internationals and DRG at their first dragged a decent team to OT.

Riot has always been business first since day one. Got even more business-oriented after they got acquired by Tencent. Chinese market is just too huge to be ignored. League of Legends alone they probably have bigger player than the whole world combined. Surely not the case with Valorant with countries like Indonesia and the US continuing to see growth in player base. To put it simply, too much money involved.

DRG(the team that won Ascension) rose through the region out of nowhere, go to their first ever international and drag a good team to OT while playing decently. Why they hate is FPX tried to knife both FUT and GEN G, Life always do hand moves towards the other team, t baging and body shooting. DRG trash talked before the game and shot bodies. That’s why they don’t like Chinese teams actually. It’s similiar to Demon1 and Booastio’s situation. A lot of people hate them too. But there’s one thing spearing them, being successful. FPX and DRG should achive something to do this things in my opinion🤷🏻♀️

They’r all good in individual performances. Except Ata Kaptan. He really fell of since Stage 1 playoffs. Fut today literally tried to makes things right for Ata Kaptan. Because he was dying first every round and doing unforgivable mistakes. And they can’t close the maps. They’re both 6-0 in 2 maps but both games were pretty close. They should play together instead of individual plays. Then they’ll be strong again.
