What a dissapointing house. Nothing special for that money.
For 7 million it really isn’t worth it.
For 7 million each room should really have an en-suite

These aren't houses for ordinary people. They are houses built by speculators for foreign investors.
I don't like the kitchen layout. you'd be doing 10000 steps just making 1 meal lol. the pantry and spices the opposite side of were the hobs are. and that's just 1 thing
everyone is saying the house isnt worth the money, but its a 6000 sqft house in the prime location in richmond
For 7 mill I'd want A LOT more. It is London though so...
I’m not entirely sure why but i’m really irked about the “front” of the property. It’s not really a usable outdoor space and the doors out take a lot of furnishing options inside. Would be fighting the temptation to just extend the property into it
Best house so far....I love that it’s very family oriented. You can easily see a large family living here. The layout and facilities are spot on. I’d love to be lockdown living here. Well done on the exclusive guys!

It’s all about location, if you need to be close to London it’s an option at that price but personally I’d want more for that money. More land, more privacy, more scope to the property. And the front door looks like it belongs on a 300k new build.
