It's the headgaket! It's really a common thing (here) and really it's not a big deal (again..here in Italy). Despite that, the F.I.R.E engine is a really reliable engine! Have fun with this project! Ciao!
I am interested in how you fix this because I have the same issue with mine. Never seen leak test done before. Make a list of parts required to fix it so I know what to get.
