Just a quick look at these 2 new Oris. If you want to see more Oris Reviews check out the new 38MM 400 CAL th-cam.com/video/CY4Oz3MrtBc/w-d-xo.html And I'm excited about the new 38mm recently announced *old movement still but smaller size* -Falling

Really would love to add the bronze at some point.

I wish the LE had the fixed bezel of the bronze on it. It looks so darn clean apart from that!

Love Oris. I've owned a diver which was nice but my current Oris is the big crown Royal Flying Doctor Service Limited Edition 2 (yep another limited edition), awesome awesome watch. Would definitely buy another big crown.

Love the steel one! But of all the LEs, the monkey king is my favorite. May be time to let go of my current Aquis.

A great comparison FT. It's interesting that the dimensions are different but as you say it makes sense given the rotating bezel on one and the display case back on the other. So far I've not noticed dust issues on the Oris watches that I've seen or owned but it's certainly something I'll keep an eye out for in the future. I'm happy with my pointer date so at the moment neither of these will be on my priority list right now. The cal 403 pointer date most certainly will be considered though at some point. Oh and I need to check out the seatbelt clasp as well.

I've only noticed high dust on the Pro-Pilots for some reason. Pointer dates much better! Maybe they are made to a less strict standard. But it has been consistent on all pro-pilots I've seen.

I try to hide the dust as best as possible on dusty watches because it makes my videos not look good. But @1:16 you can see those dusts are on the upper side of the crystal on the inside. That is not on the outside of the crystal. Turn on 4k settings.

@@EscapementWatch Thanks for the update Certainly my experience with Oris has been very good so far but I don't have a Pro-Pilot. I'll take a loupe with me next time I'm at the AD. Actually I should take a loupe with me anyway for any prospective watch.

Does oris make complicated chronograph watches? I only see simple diver watches without chrono. Let me be more direct. I would die to find a quality Swiss watch that resembles omega seamaster PO 600m with chrono but costs less.

Yes they make a pro diver with chronograph th-cam.com/video/P8Jnu15fu7E/w-d-xo.html also a diver 65 chrono.

I am waiting on delivery for a Longines Spirit Chronograph in blue. CANNOT BE BEAT at that price point!

Agree dust is unacceptable- but don’t agree on the lume, it’s a pilot watch and not a diver. Good review though of a great and often under rated watch series (pro pilot). Oris just kill it with their designs they are so clean and the consistent language between their offerings is only bettered by Rolex in my opinion (although I don’t particularly enjoy the Rolex design language, much prefer Oris - a subjective perspective granted).

For some reason the pro pilots always have alot of dust. Which I don't find in the normal big crowns which is strange. The pro pilots are underrated and not very popular on TH-cam. This video might be the last pro pilot video unless something really extraordinary comes out in the pro pilot line.

I can't live with the cheap movements and sub par finishing. Compare these to say what you get from Longines for the same money. The Spirit, Heritage divers or titanium Spirit- no comparison.

Longines puts a lot of houses on notice.

Cheap movements? Sub par finishing? Maybe you should stop buying fakes?
