I'm going for the position workshop and will let you know after. I remember riverside was 1.5 miles in under 13 minutes, 25 push-ups under 1 minutes and like 30 sit ups under a minute.

@leighamarie07 they didn't want to say the times but it's based off a cumulative score. The 500 yard is supposed to be done under 147 seconds as per other time standards I have found online.
