is that all your physical agility test is or was that just an example of a few things?? In my city it's crazy what you half to do 25 pushups in a min. 19 curl ups in a min, bench press 71% of your body weight, ect. I'm moving to Stockton, CA

I did this PT test about 10 years ago. Aced it in jeans and a tshirt. Everyone else was wearing gym clothes.

San Jose PD test is 6 foot wall obstacle course with the vault beam, and 1.5 mi run in 14.5 min

take a workshop they really help the one i went to basically give you 20 or more questions on the test or similiar to it.
