Great video man! I have an AD2 I want to use to match n-channel MOSFETs. It seems the transistor test adapter board supports this, but I'm unsure if I can use your circuit to do this or not without modification. Also if I understand correctly at least for p-channel MOSFETs, base is gate, collector is drain and emitter is source, is this the same for n-channel? Here is the title on digelents site Comparing a BJT and a MOSFET with the Transistor Tester Adapter. They also have a schematic for the curve tracer PCB you can see. I suspect I will need to modify your circuit just not sure how yet..
I was watching on my phone before and didn't realize they actually show a rudimentary circuit diagram for those who don't have an adapter at at the top :) And when I select N-FET it even gies an updated diagram. Digilent sure is thorough! :)
Just another note, if you change the thing you are measuing Id/Vds or Id/Vgs, it actually shows you a new diagram telling you how to wire things up! Their adapter looks cool cause it auto changes the wiring for you with relays.
