The most efficient way to unite Mexico is to win first war against mayan nations and start coring 4 provinces (so the colonian nation won't spawn). At the same time our goal is to start one huge war against all nations in region (realisitically you will need two wars with two separate blocks of allies/vassals). When almost all region is under your control, start coring one province (to spawn colonian nation). When coring is almost over, start coring the rest of provinces at the same time. In this case colonian nation will inherit all of the conquered territories as CORES. Thus you will have less unrest and no overextension when you'll start playing as colonian nation. Of course you will get tons of rebels and suffer from overextension while playing for Portugal. But the most importan thing is that we DO NOT CARE about Portugal at all. Colonian nation will inherit possible negative stab and inflation, but since you saved lots of adm power, you will deal with it easily.
Oh nice, this is a fun campaign, I’ve done it a couple of times. Only step you missed for me was conquering West India as Portugal and giving up all your land to convert yourself and future USA to Sikhism. Minimum autonomy in territories is where it’s at.
Bonobo should do playthrough videos; i'd pay to see it.
He's too good, such playthroughs would last 3 episodes max 😂
Yeah, do one more with this nation. Love your content.
Very cool video Mr bonobo! Thank you for uploading
