it's connected to the bottom of the trailer to heat it so the material will slide out in the winter time instead of sticking to the floor and sides

This area of the Bronx reminds me of Lynn, Mass. Lots of truck traffic and the surrounding areas are run down. Is this near Bartow Ave? What is the demographics of people in this area? Lynn, Mass is a melting pot of people. It's kinda dumpy in some areas.
