Nice job to find it. Very frustrating if it is a neighbor in a crowded community.
Is it fixable with ferrite core? I have home theater system that puts out interference spikes all over VHF/UHF. Can you suggest how to get rid of it?
Can you narrow it down to a particular brand or model?
Mine was a dlink lan switch. I had not observed it before. I don't know if it started recently or not. I only realised when it started showing up on 14.210, which I use regularly.
