Any low quality mic is great for asmr! I think thats whats called "lo-fi" triggers. The windy effect sounds nice too and goes along with lofi, but if you dont like it I have heard of putting a sock or something such as paper over your mic to block it.

Im about halfway through the video now but will probably be asleep by the end so I just wanted to say I love it so far and would love to see more of this content if you are interested!

Honestly, it was so long ago I just looked at the instruction manual to see what number the switch should be set to and then plugged in the USB straight to the computer that was using.
