Amen! Heaven is not earned through works. Gotta love the Lord with all my heart and mind and soul and everything. That means putting Him first. That means striving everyday to keep His commandments. That means hating sin. That means looking up to Him in everything, always, everyday and forever. ❤️ God bless you sir. Thank you so much for availing these videos to be watched for free on TH-cam. It means a lot to me in South Africa to be able to hear you preach even when I can't see you in person. We thank God for Technology investors. ☺️
Please Help me I Believe Jesus Is The Son of God and God The Son of The Holy Trinity I Believe Jesus Shed His Blood and Died in my place to Pay for All my Sins He Buried Then 3 Days Later Jesus Arose From The Dead!!! But I am struggling with some Sins that I honestly don’t know how to quit I hate my Sins But I genuinely don’t know how to stop them Am I still Saved because of my faith in Jesus or am I Not Saved because of my Sins? Thank you for All your Help and Time God Bless you
Be filled with the Holy Spirit so you can pray in tongues. Then the devil can't understand what you're praying. It's a perfect prayer done by the Holy Spirit within you. He knows your needs. He knows your fault and he wants to help.
I will pray for you as you also pray and ask God, without ceasing, to help you! We can’t do it without Him - He will bring you out of the mirey pit - ask Him and seek Him with all your heart. A fellow Christian is also a great accountability partner - ask for discernment to find the right person.
@monicadhaliwal1791 You asked, "Am I still saved because of my faith in Jesus or am I not saved because of my sins?" Let's break that question down into two parts. You've confessed Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead? (Romans 10:9-13, Acts 16:30-31, John 3:14-16, John 5:24, and 1 John 5:12) If you have faith right now, that's good indication that you've repented. You don't seem to me, from your comment, that you love your sin and desire your sin. The fact that there's a struggle shows me that there's a clear battle going on (Romans 7:15-20 and Galatians 5:16-17). When you sin, do you confess that before the Lord (1 John 1:8-2:2)? If so, you need to continue trusting in Him and His faithfulness and He will give you power to overcome. When we trust in Christ and follow after Him, we don't continue in sin as we did before we trusted in Him (Romans 6:1,14-16,22). The despair you're going through right now tells me clearly that you've trusted Him, and the pain you feel when you sin is a great indicator that you're trusting in Him and want to please Him, if not, you wouldn't care at all, would you? The second part of your question, are we saved by having no sin? If not, how many sins are acceptable? We obtained justification not by moral perfection, so how can we lose it by moral imperfection? If you're saved by God's grace through your faith in Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9), then why do you think we started in faith and continue in works (Galatians 3:2-3)? Our faith is what is counted for righteousness (Romans 4:4-8). I obviously don't know you, but judging by the fact that you are going through enough turmoil to make a comment on a TH-cam video, that shows me the seriousness of this to you and how it's impacting you. That alone tells me that this is a major concern for you. If it's that much of a concern, then you obviously don't want to have whatever sins that are besetting you in your life. Continue in the faith, sister; Christ is the only one that will give you victory! I will pray for you and keep praying for you!
when a faithful person sins, they are faithful to repent. we all sin. keep praying, keep asking for forgiveness. Grace from God is a gift we cant earn. Its not technical, keep holding on to Jesus, keep seeking after him
Sound preaching. ❤
Thank you for the insight into this scripture. Thank you Ben, for following God's calling.
