I don't understand why Money Managers prefer interest rates in banks and bonds. with no upside.. while if you buy low stocks you got a possibility to double your money in upside movement. While if you are invested in interest you only get like 5% interest and no upside.
I agree with you, but they are looking at reward-risk ratio. They reduce their risk and you can still make money if the rates go down 🎉

What Is Difference Between Increase Currently Rate vs. Increase T-Notes ? In Its Current Level, The FED Can Simply Continue To Let The T-Notes Fluctuation With Its Upper Strength While Not Make Any Movement On Its Current Rate At 5.50%. And By Doing So, The FED Hope Things Will Come Down, Specifically Inflation. However, Wallstreet And Investors May Think Differently. As They Decide, Stock Market Will Be Slow Where It Has Already Been Happening. This Fundamental Is Obviously Makes Much Sense Where T-Notes Provide Security Return Without Less Risk Than The Stock Market. In This Case Who Is The Winner ! Not Real Estate, Unfortunately. While Stock Market Has Been Slowing, The Hope Of The FED, Just Like All People Out Here Are Looking For A Way Out Of The Reenter Point Of The Recession. Will This Such Strategy Work ! The simple problem is inflation. It's coming home to roost. I know it, so do fellow investors. We are heading to a deep recession. It will affect every sector including housing. The average American is maxed out. Convert to cash or one year cds. Then see where the market is at year. Stay away from gold and silver. They will take a big hit too. Just my opinion. Do your own DD.
