The core components of the build are:
1)Tough boots (pick the jungle boots that steals move speed)
2)Thunderbelt
3)Clock of destiny
4)Dominance Ice
after these 4 items you can build based on the enemy team comp but usually something like more resistances is better like athena's shield or radiance.
and for the emblems go for both the movespeed talents with war cry, enjoy :))

As for the emblem, honestly just go whatever you got maxed out lol I prefer the basic common emblem for its bulky hybrid stats but the tank emblem would work fine too
