You are so relatable and loveable! I stumbled on this video looking for crochet chatting, something to listen to while I do my thang.. Fantastic, you are fantastic, Hello!!
❤❤ I'm happy to here you found your niche. Crocheting is such a stress release I love it and also crochet everyday. You should continue these videos. I hear it takes some time getting a channel on a roll. ❤❤❤ Love to see what you make.😊😊
New to your channel. I enjoyed hearing about how you started crochet. Your amigurumi is adorable. 😊 I still don't know how to read patterns. I just wing it.
Hey 👋 lol I’ve been watching since your first TH-cam video. Same age as you a Canadian 🇨🇦 when I first started crocheting I was making granny square blankets, then like you said aumigurumi opened up a new world to explore. I’m hooked 😂
I'm so happy you made this video! Been here since the beginning (though my account changed names) and hopefully for a long time to come. Honestly the blanket thing with Dante was pretty cute- even if the tensions didn't match, you both put a little bit of yourselves into the blanket, and there was proof. Hope you're having a good week!
Thank you for keeping me company while I craft away, it was lovely spending some time hearing you chat about your crafty journey. I look forward to more of these! 😄
Been here since the first video! I don’t remember how long it had been out before I watched it but it definitely wasn’t long. So happy you’re still doing this and hope that you’re able to go full time with it at some point. Also, love a good crochet and chat so keep them coming!
Hi Chris! I just discovered your channel today, and really enjoyed this video! Thanks for sharing some of your journey with us. Off I go to watch the rest.... 🧶❤ from Ontario.
New here, saw your video and I love a good crochet and chat! Sounds as though youve had a journey! I'm a real newbie, i've been knitting for a few years but crochet for a few months! I also love plants and feel like a lot of us crafty ones have correlating interests. Just sad I didn't come across your videos sooner! Nice to meet you 😊
I've been following your TH-cam and Instagram content for a little bit now but haven't been commenting much so, hi! Long time no comment 😅 I enjoy hearing more about your background and what brings you joy from crafting. I picked up crochet myself just a few months ago and, like you, haven't stopped stitching since. I'm a little taken aback at how obsessed I became so quickly. I'm mostly doing clothing and accessories atm, but maybe amigurumi will draw me in more. I need to sit down and finish your little Argi spider pattern soon!
The addiction comes on fast and hard haha, I'm so glad you found the channel and are a part of the community! Thanks for sharing and for watching, see you again soon!
Love the crochet & chat and loved getting to know your story even more. I always enjoy your videos since the beginning 😊, i was under my other name at first but have since started my own channel and have this handle now, you helped inspire me starting mine as well
Your 1st video cropped up in my feed soon after you posted and been with you ever since. I've been knitting since I was about 8 I think in bed with on of those itchy childhood ailments and mum showed me how to knit, rib cuffs and then garter stitch on massive needles till rib again mum turned the rib into cuffs, and sewed ribbons as ties and hey presto a bed jacket in an angora type yarn, so cosy. Did not start crochet till much later was in y twenties and taught myself from a book. do all sorts but not tried amigurumi till recent years when I tried making octopuses, for a charity that found premature babies like to grasp the twirling tentacles. have downloaded your fox pattern to make on for my granddaughter who adores foxes so will not be doing the pullover, just the fox colour all the way through. I so have to convert to uk terms or I will get confused, granddaughter by the way is nearly 13 going on 25! pattern looks straight forward. so thanks for a great design.
So glad you've been here sine the start, I really appreciate that! I need to get back onto knitting myself but there never seems like enough time in the day haha. I'm so happy you found amigurumi and that you bought Frederick the Fox!! I hope she loves him and you have fun making him! I know those pesky UK - US terms.. why does it all have to be so confusing haha. See you again soon!
This was really pleasant to crochet along to! I'm currently working on a Shawl for my sister for Christmas. I started crocheting about a year ago, getting into it after making friends with and watching someone crochet on Twitch for years, then gave it a go to see if I could make Christmas presents for people last year, and it's just come full circle to making some again for even more people this year. I've made my own little projects, even dabbling in pattern making too. It's just such a nice hobby to have that's not digital, and helps with my hands being so fidgety sometimes.
A big well done on this video, you seemed totally relaxed chatting away, was great to hear how you started out, still love your vlogs, I love your passion for crafts, definitely do more x
I'm here. I've been crocheting since maybe high-school, so about 15 -18 yrs.. trying to knit again started last year- I'm on a knit/purl roll with a blanket. Saw your first video and am somehow really personally invested in you making this work and be your full time job. Perhaps because I want to quit my job and do a crafty career 😆 Love your stuff and your "voice" will always continue to evolve on TH-cam. Also, thanks for hanging (I'm watching while busy at work so thanks for a bit of chill in the chaos)
Haha I love the crossed out line hehe. Awe I love the support,I really hope it works out as well, Leaving the grind and doing your own thing is the dream! It's just a lot work haha. Thanks for being here!!! See you soon.
I’ve been crocheting for 55 years but teach a class every week at our local library. Some have never picked up a hook. Some pick it right up others need more attention. The journey is different for everyone. Next week is beginning Ami. I’ve been watching you since you started TH-cam.
Hey Chris, have been here since video 1. Have enjoyed watching your channel grow and being part of your adventure. Enjoyed hearing how you got started and your journey. Enjoyed the chat style of this video. Keep it up, we are here!
I was taught to crochet by my gram and to.knit by my mom when I was a child. I'll be 83 next month so I've been at it for awhile. It is my stress relief as well as well as one of my passions. I'm currently knitting legend meds for myself for the winter. Enjoy. watching you tube creates as it occupies my mind while my hands are busy. Carry on. I enjoy your content and will keep watching.
Just saying hello👋 😅 I usually not into commenting, but felt like you'd be happy to hear one more hi. Anyway, I enjoy listening to other people's thoughts while doing my stuff, so I'm glad I found your channel
I've been with you since YT video 3 or 4, can't remember if you got a shout out which I responded to or it was YT recommendations. Love your vibe though. I love all the videos you do ❤
I have to edit all the likes or ums out… so if i ever get to your level of being able to consistently talk i’d be proud 😂 i say a sentence, pause, gather my thoughts then continue so the unedited videos are honestly hilarious
Haha don't worry I'm often the same, this video took a few tries to get started, I find if I have one topic to focus on once I get going I'm ok but don't be fooled I definitely have my moments too hehe. Thanks for watching!!!
Glad you made it to the channel!! The addiction takes over fast, I would watch some videos for beginners on here to start with, don't worry too much about how good things look, just practice the techniques and shape making etc! Best of luck!

Thank you for being here!
Love your friend’s monkey ❤
You should try C2C (corner to corner) crochet for a blanket, it works up much quicker.
Been here since the first video! I don’t remember how long it had been out before I watched it but it definitely wasn’t long. So happy you’re still doing this and hope that you’re able to go full time with it at some point. Also, love a good crochet and chat so keep them coming!
