One ruling I learned lately is that is you tribute summon raiza by tributing at least one wind monster and there are no cards in the GVs raiza is mandatory and it will activate and since the effect to return a card to the hand is not connected to the 1st eff you can still return a card from the field to the hand. 2 effects are separate since the card says "also" and not "then" or "if you do".

Hey! I'm planing to let Kashtira settle into the TCG meta for a bit before revisiting a full new profile, as atm the ideas I have are really mostly Side Deck updates, but Chaos Hunter comes to mind!
Is the choice of building a going first or going second deck a preference one, or do you think Floo is better this way? Also, I know you're a TCG player and I only play MD, so is it a format call?
I think Floo is well positioned to go second at the moment, Statue is so much strong into an opponent trying to rebuild vs building for the first time, and Floo doesnt need to OTK to win, just break and board and establish control, plus seeing 6 starting cards vs 5 helps a lot. I have to revisit MD soon post banlist, they just keep hitting the birds :(, but Maxx C give the deck so much more go 2nd power. You either get to draw a ton of board breakers or play into an open board

Thanks for the video! Someone just had an argument about how the small birds will be banished face-down with Evenly Matched instead of face-up
As long as they're faceup when Evenly resolves, they banish faceup, even if they're negated!

Can you give us a post photon hypernova deck list? I’m just curious what you think should be changed in the deck.
