Hi I got office action, she asked me to amend the claims, after two times, she did respond me anymore, per customer service, my patent will be published later, could I say most likely the patent will be granted if no objection, thank you, I heard that office action usually issued after publication but maybe my claims is not qualified.
What do you think the odds are of a successful appeal to a rejection of a trademark application [hypothetical example]: "Gather Together" (which was rejected) because there is an existing trademark of "Americans Gather Together". Could this be successfully appealed?
