After uploading you can choose the form type by typing in micro-entity into the search bar and "assign" your document a name "Certification of Micro Entity" either by income or Higher education circumstances. Although it is possible to add in extra photos you will want to consult with a attorney to better understand your specific situation and if extra photo submission would be beneficial to your application or hinder it.

Each situation is different when talking about licensing. Deciding when to license a patent depends on several factors and can vary depending on the individual circumstances. While it typically takes a considerable amount of time for a patent to be granted, it doesn't necessarily mean you need to wait for the entire duration of the process before considering licensing opportunities. However it is impossible to give a blanket statement as to if and when you should consider licensing your patent. Remember, it's crucial to consult with an experienced intellectual property attorney who can provide personalized advice based on your specific situation.

You can file as a guest and later if you happen to hire an attorney they can long in and access your application as long as they have specific information (like application number, etc.) and they are given power of attorney. Sorry for the late reply. Hope that helps!
