    I’m 69 yrs young and I get at least 7-8 hrs a night. I’m pretty consistent with getting the proper rest.

    WATERRRRRRRR, you right about that one!!!! For Coconut water the “grace” brand is bomb!!! I get 8/9 hours cause I don’t play about my sleep!!!

    As a woman also of a certain age 😮‍💨 that begins with a "4" a few years older than you, I 1000% endorse this message!🩷 As a believer I will add a bonus tip of intentional time communing with God. A lifestyle that includes prayer is personally essential for me!

    Thank you for the information, one way I am able to drink more water is to look at my coffee like it's a treat. Seven days a week, I have to drink 1 bottle of water before I can have coffee.

    I go through insomnia spells off and on but on a good night i get 6 to 8. I also suggest meditation/prayer/ breath work / journaling or any practice that quiets the mind. Jhene Aiko's "Alive & Well" ( gratitude mantra) is awesome to listen to for starters. Great video! 💞💖💕

    I’m in bed at 9:15 and like now it’s 2:43 am & I’m up watching you. I can’t sleep through the night. I have tried prescribed sleeping meds & melatonin and they didn’t help! Anywho thank you for sharing these tips because I needed to hear them.

    Definitely some great tips!
    Spring water or alkaline water is best according to Dr. Sebi. I love spring and artesian water. My favorite water is Eternal, Icelandic, Fiji and Voss. But I mostly buy Crystal Geyser. Things happen to the tap water and they say to boil it or don't drink use it. Some states and various cities don't have good tap water.
    You should drink half your weight in ounces (any liquids count, but water is best).
    I need to drink more myself!
    I get 7-8 hrs of sleep.
    I want a TV in the bedroom, but my s.o. doesn't. But now you can schedule your tv to turn off at a certain time. There are also headphones that you can connect so that only you can hear the tv to not disturb someone sleeping.
    I would like to add:
    Pamper yourself! Get a professional massage or treat yourself to a fancy meal or buy yourself something you really enjoy at least once a month if you can. Get some "me time" every week. Breaks & vacation are necessary! Get therapy if it's needed.

    Great tips 8 hours sleep, and water is great for your skin. Sparkling mineral water has helped me to add more H20. 💧💧

    Fiji is my favorite bottled water but I can’t do all the plastic. I got a good water filter and a few nice tumblers. I’m more motivated to carry a cute cup and more likely to drink if I have a cup with me at all times.

    Girlllllll. I get about 5-6 hrs a night, but I'm a physician, so i think this is pretty good. I wanna get better tho. I'm better with water, i take Ritual tooooo and I love it, but my lazy assssss.... and I'm always complaining about Percy (my stomach). Keep me in prayers sis!!! 😂😂

    I’m from Los Angeles and our water is gross! NYC tap water is on point! If we had NYC tap water, I would never buy bottled water.

    Something brilliant my last job did was block off an hour for a meeting but only use 45 mins. That way if the person has back to back meetings (like so many of us did during the panini) we could go the bathroom, drink water, grab a snack, take notes, or prep for the next meeting we would have 15mins to do so!

    I work overnight shift in a hospital 9:45pm till 6:30am
    40hrs a week .
    I get about 4hrs a day of sleep in the A.M maybe an another 2 before work .
    I hate it 🤷🏾‍♀️I’m watching this video at 1:39am eating lunch 🥗

    My sleep pattern is really crazy. I get it but it is broken. Currently, I'm taking care of my mom and she's 98 plus I have six cats.😂
    I wasn't good with water until I found one called Flow.
    My smoothie recipe every morning consists of mixed fruit strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries a banana, Greek yogurt, flaxseed, chia seeds, oat milk and honey.

    Shannah love the list as far as water I live in a town where the tap water just isn’t it so I do a 32 case of good old bowl to basket shop-rite brand and it’s perfect.

      I am so desperate to sleep longer. For years I have had 4 hours of sleep. I am going to try kava tea. I know people have said it’s not good for the liver. I am going to try it with milk thistle tea. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

    I wish I could get 8 hours of sleep, 4 is my average. I get my frozen fruit from Costco. I have heard frozen is just as good as fresh.
    I drink Essentia and Trader Joe's water. I need to get me a glass water bottle with a filter to eliminate bottle water altogether. Coconut water is too nasty, I just can't even force myself to drink it.

    Tap…..is not good. It’s different from grandma and grandpa days….buy the purifier gadget if you’re going to use tap.
