I’m in bed at 9:15 and like now it’s 2:43 am & I’m up watching you. I can’t sleep through the night. I have tried prescribed sleeping meds & melatonin and they didn’t help! Anywho thank you for sharing these tips because I needed to hear them.

Thank you for the information, one way I am able to drink more water is to look at my coffee like it's a treat. Seven days a week, I have to drink 1 bottle of water before I can have coffee.
Definitely some great tips! Spring water or alkaline water is best according to Dr. Sebi. I love spring and artesian water. My favorite water is Eternal, Icelandic, Fiji and Voss. But I mostly buy Crystal Geyser. Things happen to the tap water and they say to boil it or don't drink use it. Some states and various cities don't have good tap water. You should drink half your weight in ounces (any liquids count, but water is best). I need to drink more myself! I get 7-8 hrs of sleep. I want a TV in the bedroom, but my s.o. doesn't. But now you can schedule your tv to turn off at a certain time. There are also headphones that you can connect so that only you can hear the tv to not disturb someone sleeping. I would like to add: Pamper yourself! Get a professional massage or treat yourself to a fancy meal or buy yourself something you really enjoy at least once a month if you can. Get some "me time" every week. Breaks & vacation are necessary! Get therapy if it's needed.

Fiji is my favorite bottled water but I can’t do all the plastic. I got a good water filter and a few nice tumblers. I’m more motivated to carry a cute cup and more likely to drink if I have a cup with me at all times.
Something brilliant my last job did was block off an hour for a meeting but only use 45 mins. That way if the person has back to back meetings (like so many of us did during the panini) we could go the bathroom, drink water, grab a snack, take notes, or prep for the next meeting we would have 15mins to do so!
