How to make Alien from Cardboard

- In this video i will build one of my favourite moovie character: the Alien.
Took me 10 days to make this video, but you can build the alien i think in 3 days. You will need lots of cardboard and some wood glue.

It is a detailed step by step tutorial which include the templates.

yo, big fan of yours and the alien franchise here. this is a stunning piece of art and i cant believe how it's essentially all cardboard except for some plastic tubing, glue and paint! this is absolutely astonishing to me, well, maybe because i'm nothing of an artist, but still, it looks incredibly close to the real thing from the movies

when i was a kid, i used to watch art attack. now i watch this. awesome 👍
two years ago, my seven year old gave me an alien paperback novel for christmas. he drew a picture in the front of he and i watching alien together one day, when he is old enough.
this year, i gave him all of the alien movies for christmas. we have watched them together, just he and i, about every week or two since. we only have alien: covenant and the second avp left.
he loves every single one. he has begun forming xenomorph eggs from polymer clay (and doing a fabulous job).
he would absolutely love this piece. whether he won it or not, i know that tomorrow, after he sees this video (you are his face youtuber after jack black) he will insist that he and i make one like it together, which i will be very pleased to do.

@@Mokso he has also played chess since he was four. and he is vegan, by his own choice and conviction. super interesting kid. deep feeler. ANYWAY he recently discovered the borg from star trek and loves them almost as much as alien. SO a model of a borg that sparks or burns would be EPIC

I'm an Alien and Predator fan and this is one of the coolest and most detailed things I have seen made from cardboard!
May not be built of matches, and go out in a blaze of glory, but it still found its way to our hearts, and then immediately ripped its way out of 'em.

Love the Alien series. First watched it when I was waaaay too young. Scared the shit out of me.
The xenomorph still sometimes appears in my nightmares, which in the end would make for some more Alien movies.
Favourite movies (in Order): 1st, 3rd, 2nd Director's cut. I don't like Resurrection though.
Generally a big fan of H. R. Giger and his art. You have some serious skillz!

Besides making some Outstanding Exhibits Mokso...You REALLY are a great Artist as well!! It's even easy for a left handed knucklehead like myself to mentally envision these projects...but you also put them on paper and the blue prints are amazing!
