Not only even lazy ass F2P can UE50 her without problem but she scales well , her mood with UE50 is at least neutral in worst case and she just deals so much damage to both Single target and AoE its not even funny. Heck even Mika aint as universal despite being powerhouse as she just not there when it comes to AoE situations. Mutsuki "free damage" is like what it was 3 x 635% every 20 seconds and its in AoE like wtf almost 2000% AoE damage from normal skill on short cooldown. EX deals 3x 778% for cost of 4 which is also 2234% if its single big target like Kaiten/Hiero. Last but not least she doesn't even have her unique gear which will further improve her and her normal skill. And once 4 and 5 star weapons will come into play her eleph is easily farmable. Absolutelly worth to max her out - often even for yellow content - she works quiet well in Chesed due to AoE she got. This is huge selling point because BA wiki states 4 star weapon takes 240 eleph and 5 star 300eleph respectivelly. Which means 1200 eligma and 1500 eligma - good luck upgrading your non farmable limited units to this point lol. Mutsuki ? Just farmable from 2 hard nodes every single day..
You keep saying universal but the minefield strat is not viable in every single piece of content so she isn’t really universal either. There’s certain fights where the setup is impractical or impossible. She’s very good but let’s not exaggerate.

The other hard content, PVP and event challenge missions, aren't very rewarding and are more for peacocking. Meanwhile Joint Fire and such are focused on specific niche mechanics. Mutsuki shreds both red raids and can easily be used to mine drop on both Kaiten and Hieronymous. So that's why I said she's a great red boss killer. Her EX can still do double damage to single target small bosses and crowd clear like a champ, so she's great in almost every piece of red content even if her mines aren't practical outside of raids.
Serina is a life saver in any PvE fight, from clearing Normal/Hard Missions to Total Assault. Her skill costs only 2 and she also heals the ally with the lowest hp every 35 seconds, which is perfect for healing both your tank and your back liners when they get a bit of damage from AoE attacks or simply moved a bit too far. She is fantastic, cannot recommend her enough.
Abydos Serika is a must. She is pretty good in raids. Asuna, Akane, pretty much mandatory for good raid times. The swimsuit Ayane is good. Also the new event Shizuko should be build if you have resources for total assault GOZ.

Wasn't mentioned in the video, but I used Junko quite a bit in the beginning, and Asuna for a while as part of my blue team for progression or raid. I still use Haruka for PvP and Pina for Raids, since they both kind of become monsters with high investment. Doesn't quite fit into a 2023 guide, but some of the welfare students from events are quite strong (at least for certain raids), too. I still use Swimsuit Izumi to blitz through red armor field quests, and Fubuki for the Hod raid. Swimsuit Ayane with Swimsuit Mashiro is meta in BA JP urban pvp, and I've heard that Swimsuit Shizuko is pretty good, too (useful for the new Goz raid later, I heard).
Welfares are a bit separate since you can't just pull them normally. Asuna and Haruka are definitely still meta at top end with proper investment, although you need to farm them till their weapon unlocks.
Newer players sleep on Hanae. while her ex skill heal costs more than Serina's it also heals over time and provides more heals enough to fully recover a tank's hp. what makes her useful is her sub skill crit dmg to all party members pretty much Hibiki and Ako's sub skill also and for a healer can be paired with Kotama, O.Nodoka or Karin for their sub skill atk to all party members. Having her slotted in one of my teams in insane raids is a blessing can keep one unit topped up and provide some dmg buff. Some other units that can easily be raised is Pina lots of hard stages to farm her shards and she is quite good for Binah and even in Hod just for that dps capability. Downside though she has to remain stationary during her ex skill self buff. Yuuka the starter tank is still very useful and the new badge increases her survival, love that her HP is quite substantial must be those THICC THIGHS.
Yeah for sure I really like how blue archive do the unit rarity. There's no "Fooder" Units, so I can feel that every unit is loved. If you like some unit, there would be a use for her, just build her. For example your starter units is still useful, Yuuko evasion tank that can use cover, Hasumi is one of the best piercing burst damage. Even Suzumi is really useful for her stun debuff for joint exercise the area and damage is decent. And not to mention the welfare students, they are always come in 1* but they are totally free and useful, sometimes even OP like one RN summer Shizuko is a really useful support unit, she offer more dps, survivability and positioning.
I'm new to the game and I've been using Mutsuki and Momoi most of the time, AoE dealer is one of my favorite units currently Edit: Serina also my favorite healer with that 2 cost and healing basic skill

dropped BA 7 times ngl but after i tried the story and unlock some game mode that actually interest me playing the game. also thnx 4 the guide it helped my keedz account for the very first low rarities that I'll build.

She is a 2* unit meaning you can easily 5* her easily with dupes and farming stage. Shiroko on the otherhand is also a strong single target dps her ex skill does switch to a close enemy if the target she shoots is killed fast. Being a 3* its not as easy to get her dupes or farm her shards and using eligma is fine but finite resource. I find Serika stronger for sustained dps, shiroko does hold her own but needs her ex skill to keep up to Serika.
Its kinda funny when you desperate need for pyroxene even though im only lvl69(nice btw) i bulldoze my way up stage 19 normal and hard just to gem those gems
I'm new player, I wanna ask what does he meant by reroll and become stronger? If you reroll (starts from beginning) won't you be much weaker because you have nothing?
Reroll is for new players, of course you shouldn't reroll if you already playing for months or even years but reroll give you head start as new player because lots of meta characters are in the pool.

I used Akari since day one on JP and still find her to be versatile today.
Akari is a really good character to have when grinding through the mission. High damage with a wide hit radius and modest cost. Also easy to farm!

Pina is a great character! She is the poor man's Maki, which is definitely a compliment.
