This video had such a cozy and nostalgic feel to it, I loved it! Toy Biz Spider-Man with the Todd McFarlane comic was my first Spidey action figure ever and it'll always have a special place in my heart, I clicked on this as soon as I saw him in the thumbnail!
Made me remember just how aggresive and un escapable the Hulk marketing was and just how much merch I made my parentes buy. For a movie I didn't even saw until two years later. It's like suddenly remembering I was in a cult
I also love those mini playsets, they actually released a giant Chrysler building one/ Kingpin's HQ! That one is something I've always got out, it's just cool having a tiny building sitting there with a tiny Kingpin and his office with a light in his office. Hard to beat! Great vid, love looking back at toys of the past and the aspect ratio!
Oh shoot. I had the spidermobile car and the spiderman helicopter as a kid. Those toys was so large and cool. I also had the marvel legends spiderman sinister 6 set with spidey, black cat, venom, dr octopus, sand man, kraven the hunter, green goblin and elektro
One of the toys I harassed my parents to get me for months was the Spider-Man Skyrider playset. I think the Spider-Man figure it came with had little magnets on his hands and that was so cool for posing him on the fridge! Great stuff, man! Looking forward to more Panels to Plastic.
Definitely up for Street Sharks! And I don’t know Argos, but loved the Sears wishbooks. I would love to see an archive of those from the 80’s and 90’s.
I started getting into nerdy stuff around 2007 due to the first Transformers movie and the Raimi Spider-Man movie. Having Spider-Man and Bumblebee team up was definitely a peak childhood moment for me.
I had almost all of those first wave of Spider-Man Classics figures. Toy Biz was in its prime at that point. Also, yes, absolutely do a Street Sharks video.
I still have my 3 in 1 Bat-vehicles toy from Batman Forever to this day. What it is is a base cockpit that you can connect 1 of three different attachments to create either the Batmobile, Batplane or Batboat from the movie and of course you can put any normal sized Batman action figure in it.
Utterly unrelated but the Argos head office is in MK. I had a meeting with them in about 2019, and at that time they were *still* the UK's biggest toy retailer. Long live Argos! 🤯
I remember I had that Knightquest action figure for my Birthday, I just remember as a kid I was wondering if Batman ever wore that costume in the comics ?
It's so hard to see the old catelog prices and not think of it with today's inflation. You're telling me I could have got all three of the hulk sets for under 30 dollars?!? What a steal!
Hey I know you hate superhero video games now but what are your thoughts on the new Hellboy game that was just announced also what are your thoughts on midnight suns do you care or not
New to the channel, and about say 12-15 years older than you.... JUUUUUST as xmen and these figures were getting huge, I was turning 16, 17, playing basketball hard-core in delusional dreams lol, or first time discovering booze, lowered inhibitions to talk to chicks, and by God my 1st NON-self induced orgasm with my 1st real girlfriend... so toys kinda took an expected wayyyyyy back seat, further back than they already were just by simply having to man up and take a bus and 2 subways to high school every day... but I was, still am, always will be, the huge comic book/super hero action figure fan (nerd), who remembers literally being PISSED all the action figures were coming out for real, instead of me having to pretend guys like robot Brainiac were Ultron, or my half burned and self-half painted face of my double of CLARK KENT and calling him Two-Face.... But nothing, NOTHING would be such a bigger tease as a like 9-12 yesr old me getting the States version of ur catalog, SEARS catalog, flipping thru the what, 600 pages and finding the new line of super hero toys... xmen 1st run, newest SUPER POWERS and SECRET WARS line (and no, we couldn't find, and then subsequently afford, the rare-ish Iceman, Constrictor, and Elektro figures).... staring at that see thru xmen line ice man... seeing the original blue amd white x cross cyclops....I could somehow go on and on more so than this already gigantic comment that no one is reading in full anyway 😅 smh.... Man.... Between just seeing the thumbnail of this vid, then u mentioning YOUR "Sears" catalog... Well shit, how could I not immediately LIKE, SUB, ALL NOTI'S ON?" Now I just gotta find the other 4 vids in this x-mas panels to plastic series, see what other nostalgic gems u drop on me, making me realize that I hate my friggin life now, but at least it was a good life (err..😂, sorta) up until about a year ago... I know, cuz somehow, I can STILL kinda feel that impatient yearning from seeing xmen FULL line 2 figure set... realizing that it was like OCTFRIGGINTOBER and sooooo many weeks to go still lol.... Cheers dude, from NYC, look forward to ripping and tearing thru ur channel, like that creepy old dude in Hedonism,,as highlighted in that one TOSH.0 episode
I had a 90s Spiderman toy...that I accidentally broke twisting the torso all the way around. I was heartbroken. I also had a Batman Forever Halloween costume. The mask was DEF Kilmer but the rest felt TAS-like. Surprise ending, cheapness of Halloween costumes.
How about late 90s is Iron-Man Cartoon TV Show and Toys most amazing soundtrack rock music intro badass ever made love my kid and childhood Marvel Super Heroes and Marvel Vs. Capcom series here we go thanks comments and subscribe join us peace.
STREET SHARKS GANG RISE UP

Argos catalogue discourse AND Kiss From a Rose? This video feels tailor made for me.
Made me remember just how aggresive and un escapable the Hulk marketing was and just how much merch I made my parentes buy. For a movie I didn't even saw until two years later. It's like suddenly remembering I was in a cult

Thanks Nick! Oh yeah, I've never seen one in person but the Kingpin HQ looks crazy.
10:23 Ahhh, glad I'm not the only one who fondly looks back on the Ang Lee Hulk merchandise. The tank that hulk would ride around on? A classic
Oh man! had that electro spidey in the bottom right at 7:18 when I was a kid!
Oh man I had the aqua spidey in with the venom shark from 8:03 too!
Oh shoot. I had the spidermobile car and the spiderman helicopter as a kid. Those toys was so large and cool. I also had the marvel legends spiderman sinister 6 set with spidey, black cat, venom, dr octopus, sand man, kraven the hunter, green goblin and elektro
I had a few Spider-Man and Hulk toys based on the movies from the 2000s
One of the toys I harassed my parents to get me for months was the Spider-Man Skyrider playset. I think the Spider-Man figure it came with had little magnets on his hands and that was so cool for posing him on the fridge! Great stuff, man! Looking forward to more Panels to Plastic.
Man, these really was the golden age of toys imo. Recently found a Toy Biz Spider-Man Stunt System Playset and it was mad fun
Definitely up for Street Sharks!
And I don’t know Argos, but loved the Sears wishbooks. I would love to see an archive of those from the 80’s and 90’s.
I remember the green chocolate syrup from when Hulk came out. My parents' mattress had a giant green stain on it for years
Here’s hoping that he’ll get to do a Venom video essay in the future.
I want him to do a video on the 90s X-men show and how it did the phoenix saga and dark Phoenix sage better than the Fox X-men movies
Those Hulk cartoon figures are fantastic.
this video is brilliant, so nostalgic, I remember the Hulk 2003 line a lot, the cereals were mad haha Hulk cinnamon grahams
I started getting into nerdy stuff around 2007 due to the first Transformers movie and the Raimi Spider-Man movie.
Having Spider-Man and Bumblebee team up was definitely a peak childhood moment for me.
I wasn’t around during the 90s or early 2000s but the toys have their own charm in a way
3:18 holy shit I just realized Batman forever came out the year I was born 1995 damn I'm old love from Fiji
All the comics nerds I follow on Twitter cannot stop speaking highly of you and I see why! Love it 🤙
Wow, thanks so much! Glad I didn't disappoint.
I didn’t get a lot of Xmas gifts growing up, so this is a heartwarming way to live through the nostalgia of being a kid. Thank you.
To be a kid again. I miss all these toys, Reminds me of better times. Best wishes to you all. Stay golden fam.
I am embarrassed to admit that I owned virtually every Spider-Man toy showcased here
I had almost all of those first wave of Spider-Man Classics figures. Toy Biz was in its prime at that point. Also, yes, absolutely do a Street Sharks video.
Omg I had the Street Shark with the roller Blades .
@@Ishitonyou666 Me too!
Street Sharks? I’m game for that!!!
8:22 I love that hulk shows theme it has a very monster movie feel
I love your love for the Ang Lee's Hulk movie nice to see someone else that shares my love for Hulk I don't feel alone anymore
We don’t want, but NEED that Street Sharks video 🦈
Oh you shouldn’t have! Another great video for Christmas!? Thank you!
Street Sharks vid is a jawsome idea. They were definitely a worthy successor to the TMNT.
I STILL have my 2002 Spider-man (& GG) movie toy. The Spidey is my most sentimental & it makes for a GREAT ref for poses; it has SO much articulation.
I really enjoyed the Ang Lee Hulk and watched it several times. I'm quite lookng forward to the rest of your videos in this series!
The Batman line I remember from around that time was Legends of the Dark Knight. It had a really cool Scarecrow design in the line.
I still have my 3 in 1 Bat-vehicles toy from Batman Forever to this day. What it is is a base cockpit that you can connect 1 of three different attachments to create either the Batmobile, Batplane or Batboat from the movie and of course you can put any normal sized Batman action figure in it.
Street Sharks would be awesome!
God that Pirate Joker, the memories!
Utterly unrelated but the Argos head office is in MK. I had a meeting with them in about 2019, and at that time they were *still* the UK's biggest toy retailer. Long live Argos! 🤯
90’s kids had the coolest stuff i’m so jealous :/
Nice I'm excited for more panels to plastic videos
I got the webcar about 2 years after it came out from a thrift store, yeah that's still dope!!!
My childhood😭
I'm so worried about the upcoming Daredevil reboot on Disney plus
I remember I had that Knightquest action figure for my Birthday, I just remember as a kid I was wondering if Batman ever wore that costume in the comics ?
It's so hard to see the old catelog prices and not think of it with today's inflation. You're telling me I could have got all three of the hulk sets for under 30 dollars?!? What a steal!
As a 90s kid I’d love to see a street sharks vid.
This is a great video idea! Nostalgia ahoy!
Yes on Street Sharks and TMNT!
What happened to those other toy videos?
I have that spidercar, got it from a thrift store when I was a kid but idk where it is rn
