As many have commented, I could not hear the fan. Turn that puppy back on and cool down! I'm loving these videos and the game.

When you go to place a building piece press “X” before placing and it will replace the one you have placed already… lifesaver when upgrading floors and walls
Make the vehicles dude. And those heat resistant clothes you say you don't care about will save you a lot of greif in the desert.
Remember the whole story is about you going back in time, to stop an evil empire from forming. You won't be able to progress much if you stay where its safer in the green zone.
Gotta keep moving forward. 😅

Best early horde base is a maze built with half walls and a bunch of spike traps. Also putting up wooden pillars up on the outside of the maze with the crossbow turrets on top. Free and easy loot.
If it was me I would go for the Ammo Pouch; 4x scope and the storage rack (@ 25:04). Also, I didnt hear any fan on in the background so you should be fine with keeping it on to keep yourself cool.
TIP? When you loot random foundations and the like (walls/stairs/floors etc) and you do not want them, feel free to put them down on the ground then destroy them to acquire *some* of the resources! :)
you can deconstruct items to get all the resources back in a deconstructing bench or whatever its called. gives you all the resources back that were made to craft the item.
Makes the first car for traveling, it's cheap and easy. Then start base defence.
I wish I had grenades said the guy who refused to use them in Sunkenland because they were too easy.....😂
you will definitely need to up the harvest rate of your play through, atleast to x2 maybe x3. you need tons of resources for later game to the point that grinding will take hours
Cant hear fan on headphones either. I think vehicle and base defense would be at the top of my list.

best way to get shards= raids, easy with traps maze until level 8

I can’t hear the fan at all with one ear bud in which is usually pretty good for sounds so I’d say your all good 👍
I turn all resource collecting too 2 the dev said its designed for multiple player and if playing the option is there for solo players I usually just hit up mines

best to build your base between an iron and copper mines and milk them non-stop
you want that furnace (better two) to melt and transform at all time

This game has a bit of Night Of The Dead in it just set your creature lure in a path to the space time and set traps for them.
There’s an actual sniper rifle called the Cupid rifle when you get to level 36
Base traps, electrocity and functionality is really lacking by you atm, not even done a base raid def jet.
Also the base tech helps out other ways too.

Also raids start super easy and get harder but only as you activate them. It happens at your leisure. So don't worry about it.
Work on building floor spikes that pop up on floors and put a few in a row that forces them to walk down it. Makes the first 5ish raids very easy.
Raids are repeatable so you can farm them as well.
I could be wrong as I've never played this game, only watched Kage and 1 video of Neebs. To the people who have played why in the tech trees it seems as more focus is on offense rather than defensive options in relation to weapons and armor in the upgrade trees? Maybe not a fair comparison but like in MMOs there's more ranged dps vs tank type builds if that makes sense. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks

I do not understand why this game has such bad reviews it looks good
They all or mostly seem to be related to a large number of cheaters in multiplayer.
Hell that is most games you play anymore I just stopped playing with other people all together unless I know them personally. Cheaters are why I gave up on Rust amazing game completely ruined bye low life's. @@beepboopbeepboop190

Using the excuse that this game looks like shit because it is early access is not acceptable, they should not release a game and want money for such a rough looking game, and the AI is pretty sad.
