After years of loving rust, no wipe for me this month, the game is too tainted, we need one hundred of you Cam.
I understand and feel the pain. I had a cheater today temp gamebanned 2 times and then finally gamebanned a couple of hours after I server banned him. Really frustrating from my point of view
Good admins are hard (impossible?) to find , more pvp games need people with your level of dedication. I genuinely think you need to sell your services to more games / companies ...even as a liaison or trainer. A lot could be gained from your expertise. Cheating in a PvP game is reprehensible , as sad as it is, I dont think the majority of PvP games on the market are armed to handle cheaters...they need help. @@Camomo_10

I get many comments from people that still today complain I show no proof and ban someone

I would gather 90-99% of the comments you're talking about are from people who cheat or maybe buddies who cheat and got banned.
But it's still good to do the odd video like this as it's a nice mixup for the content and does "prove" to those odd people who needed to see the blatant cheating to believe.
Either way keep up what you and its alway great content. I haven't even played Rust much in the last year and a half but your videos are always a good time

When you catch cheaters raiding a base you should replace doors so people don't lose their base to someone else finishing a cheater raid

@@RAM_C5 never give up even after loosing everything, you be surprised at what surprises are just around the corner and perseverance pays off! Been a gamer for 30+ years enjoy many genre's and played rust since release year 2013, its still my favourite game of all. Blows my mind since its one of the only games ive ever played that has no obvious direction/story line/quests and all progression is lost at most every month.
@@BigPerm6999 I've got a good friend and me playing duos together, we've just been amazed at the possibilities in the game. I have no clue why I didn't look it up before when I was hearing a lot about it years ago.

Camomo, for part of your luring cheaters, could you false ban yourself after killing them, like when you go to sleep it posts a false ban message in chat so they think you got banned or flyhacked instead of it being bait.

Gibby admitted that he indeed did do it, camomo then gave him a swift and vicious beating before offering to train him as his full time taint scrubber/part time rust admin... and here we are

Also another thing I've noticed is all solo cheaters have keypads as locks. Why would a solo need a keypad unless he is just making sure he can get back in after he gets banned.

mate, gotta get a chat plugin where if they f7 report you you can fake ban yourself off the server, another easy way to get them to run straight to the bait base

Thanks Camomo. After 10 years of on and off playing, you make me want to admin more than play nowadays because I just can't have fun anymore with how bad cheating's gotten. Sucks that such a great game is ruined by awful people. Your uploads are my favorite. Thanks for everything you do and for being such a great entertainer while doing so.
makes you think doesnt it, if so many people are prepared to cheat their way to success in a game that completely resets every month then how many people are cheating in real life for worthy real things.. thing is you stick at life but sounds like you have given up on rust.
there are a few catergories of cheater though.. theres the worst of the worst that try to hide it and pretend they are something they are not... then theres the others that blatently cheat just to piss people off.. atleast these ones are obvious and can be dealt with.
A good way to mess with a cheater would be to let them play but as a ghost but unsuspectingly so that when caught an admin could type a command that makes the cheater do no damage, be unable to be seen or heard, and unable to use devices or vehicles(recycler, grinder, ziplines, doors, keypads, crates, helicopters, etc...)
Ive never even played the game and don’t plan on playing it ever but i do love watching these videos 😂

maaaan ive been binging your videos and i love the content, i despise cheaters and this just makes me wish you admin'd for runescape a few months back xD a couple years ago someone hacked my account there and used it to what i can only assume is botting and those bots didnt even check the ip of where it was used, when applied for a fix they were basically like "nah dont cheat next time" and permabanned my account that was stolen from me xD... the last time i played i was a kid, i barely knew how to even reset a password back then xD all this said i appreciate what you do, i play more ark than anything (oh gosh would i love if i found someone like you but for ark xD) but knowing how you are next time im on rust ill probably seek out a server you admin on because you are a legend mate! keep it up!
