To clear some stuff up, Aizawa doesn't have 2 quirks. The scarf floats because items around his head float like his hair. The scarf is a support item that he developed a fighting style with. I'm not gonna go into detail about how the scarf bends and works, if you wanna research look up how he controls his scarf and read the results and you will figure out the details.
I prefer that au where he has the scarf coming out from the back of his neck like sero's tape

It's the secondary quirk factor likely how tokoyami has a bird head or how Ashido has pink skin if you look at midoriya he has a secondary quirk factor just not a quirk itself in multiple different places across the web people have theories on how people's genetics evolved with quirks and thats why people have more strange features other than their quirk like wierd hair color or such.

It would be more of an extension of his erasure quirk, since it is eye based and he needs to get the item out of his line of sight. Like how Mic has more resistant eardrums and better hearing. It isn’t really a whole new quirk, just a side adaptation.
I think that Shota Azaiwa should be in 1A I mean he can ERASE quirks like he could erase a VERY powerful quirk but it may be more tiring so I think he could have trained it better in 1A lol but I still LOVED this lol

I’m sorry for correcting this and I really do love this it’s just I’m pretty sure aizawa has 1 quirk but he can manipulate the scarves in a way that he can tighten the scarf if he uses more strength in one hand and and he controls the scarf using the tips. At least in the manga the scarf doesn’t flat by its self, also sorry if you took this in a bad way but I really really don’t mean it in a offensive way it just bothers me a little bit.
