    So if the TA is weak how do we strengthen it? Mine is very weak. I even have hyperlordosis.

      First thing you need to do is consult a PT. If that isn't an option, it's exactly what the test is. Essentially a crunch without the movement. Just make sure you don't hold your breath during the activity. Like she said, smash your back into the mat and contract your abs for just a moment and relax. Lather, rinse, repeat. That's one of the ways to strengthen it.
