in the clinical observership , there is also separate box to fill under "how do they know you" section. what to write there?? it is employer/line manager, character/personal reference????

How to make a cv before getting gmc registration for the sake of clinical attachments only?

For this purpose, you can use any of the format which ever is suitable for you but I will suggest follow the format of CV on the track job application
Also some jobs asking us who our responsible officer is, our appraisal and revalidation dates,what do we write there please?
Is it necesary to fill in every detail? Some Things feel a but too much, like the salary
For the award section can we put in for eg: prizes we might have gotten in college for debate or sports?
