Took till the end of the video to say the Toyota increase to efficiency and loss went from 34% to 41% 😅 like yes its improvement but y'all over hyped it to just say those small numbers 😅

Ingenious! But Democrats still want to ban gas-powered cars and private transportation.

I remember a couple years ago that Mercedes finally got a little over 50% efficiency in it's F1 engine. I guess it's possible for Toyota.

Too bad all of this technology will soon be forgotten and cast by the wayside when downed UFOs are finally reverse engineered with ALL of us having one floating in our carport or the roof hanger.

It’s very nice they’ve built a more efficient engine; but it sounds like they’re crowing about having created a slightly better ice box that will bankrupt the refrigerator industry. But since this is such a quantum leap forward, wildly beyond anything the EV industry will ever produce, I have a few questions.
Has it fixed the CO2 emissions and exhaust pollution? Will its exhaust not kill you? Does it still use gasoline, need oil changes, have a transmission, need tune ups, fan belts, spark plugs?

Probably the best vehicles in the world?? Now with robots and the computer system for design and construction all mostly the same. The new design allows no beauty like other times did regularly

Any diesel or petrol engine could be modified to get 400mpg with only a couple of extra parts.

no matter how much you praise toyota with there "efficient" engines, HONDA makes the best n/a engines hands down. name one 1.6ltr that makes 185hp. name another 2.0 that makes 240hp n/a.

Formally known as the Advanced Clean Car II Regulations, the state's proposed mandate takes effect in stages, requiring 35% of new-car sales to be zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs) in 2026 and 68% in 2030 before reaching 100% five years later. California's plan includes state support for the shift to ZEVs with $2.4 billion for vehicle purchase incentives, charging infrastructure, and public outreach. Given this, it will impact the sales of ICE. It is not clear to me how ICE will bankrupt the EV industry when the objective by 2035 is 100% zero-emission.

No question that Toyota produces excellent vehicles. Pity they didn't apply this expertise to making top quality, affordable electric cars.

HAVE A STANDARD "ELECTRIC GENERATOR,,, ELECTRIC MOTOR WITH TRANSMISSION" AND A WHATEVER MOTOR TO DRIVE THE ELECTRIC MOTOR, THIS WAY WHAT EVER NEW TECHNOLOGY GASOLINE, HYDROGEN, BATTERY, NUCLEAR, ETC COMES ALONG YOU WOULDN'T BE CONSTANTLY TRYING TO RE DESIGN THE WHOLE CAR.
