In 2 years I have logged in nearly 2000 hrs. on console.I believe I've watched 2000 hrs of yours and others content! I dream about it. Thanks to you and others I only play this game. Even the latest Horizon can't compete. I am a devoted fan, thanks again.

Going to get sentimental for a second. I have been watching TRMZ’s vids since 2017, but because of COVID, 2020 was the first year that i was actually able to tune in live to his twitch streams. This video in particular elicits incredible nostalgia for me. TRMZ’s quarantine streams were an important source of stability and camaraderie during such a strange time. I won’t blabber on too much, but I made SO many digital friends during that time via his chat, and i am forever grateful to TRMZ for fostering such a lovely community. It also feels like a second ago that i was watching these clips live from my couch. So much more to say, but you get the point. All the platonics.

Honestly I think it was the same for me. Pretty sure the TH-cam algorithm started showing me these videos and shortly afterwards I downloaded it. Now it’s one of my favorite most frustrating games. Always find myself coming back to it. It’s lack of in your face complexity and endless side distractions really appeal to me now that I’m a gamer in my 30’s with less free time. It can be super relaxing or incredibly stressful haha.
@TheRunningManZ I found your content in April of 2020 and that led me to DayZ. Watching these brought back so many memories. I have over 7k hours in the game now (2k on console and the rest on PC). Thanks for another year of Running and help of keeping this amazing game in front of so many new players.
I have really been thinking about it, and I think I'll start playing DayZ more often again. I used to play it while it was a mod and really enjoyed it, clocked hundreds of hours. And I think standalone now might have enough potential to be on that level for me. I love the videos and have been watching for years and the twitch as well, so I might as well give it another go :D
